“Excellent service! We are from out of town and had a flat tire. The tow truck arrived within the hour and met us where we’d left the vehicle. The driver was friendly and professional. It was a fairly quick and easy trip to the tire shop. The driver gave us some pointers about the city and where to eat or walk to while we waited for the car to be serviced. Great service, would definitely recommend!”

“One of our vans broke down and after calling several other tow companies that were recommended I called Truchan Towing. The gentleman took my info and said a truck will be there within 30 minutes. 10 minutes later the truck showed up, loaded the van and off to the mechanic it went. I spent more time calling other companies then it took for the driver to hook up the van and get rolling. VERY efficient company and we will call them first going forward.”

“I was out of the country when my car was towed from Hoboken, it sat in Truchan’s lot for 3 days until I could pick it up. I arrived at 6:30am in a warm office and a sweet lady behind the counter (I think her name is Grace or Trish?). She processed my release forms with the Hoboken police department under 10 minutes, was friendly, sympathetic (for me having to pay for the tow cost and fines with little choice) and thanked me for being patient… Having your car towed sux but they still managed to make it a pleasant experience… Thank you!!!
